R. Bradford "Brad" Leggett joined the law firm in 1971 after serving a two year clerkship with a United States District Judge. Since joining the firm, his practice has focused on business and commercial areas, with the primary emphasis on debtor/creditor law, financial workouts and restructuring, and business reorganizations. He is a former Chairman of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association and has been listed in the publication Best Lawyers of America since 1989. He is one of only seven practicing attorneys in the State of North Carolina who are Fellows in the American College of Bankruptcy. Brad is AV rated and has also been selected by the North Carolina Business Magazine as one of North Carolina's "legal elite."
