Joe Allman concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial transactions, commercial leasing, workouts, and bankruptcy. His clients range from local to international companies. In addition to providing advice on general business matters, he has significant experience in the representation of landlords and tenants in all facets of commercial leasing including retail, industrial and office leasing throughout the United States. Joe also has significant bankruptcy experience including representation of Chapter 11 debtors and creditors and serving as a Chapter 11 trustee and a standing Chapter 7 trustee. He has served two terms as a member of the Bankruptcy Council for the North Carolina Bar Association. Joe is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named to Business North Carolina's Legal Elite in the area of Business Law, as well as a Top Lawyer by Triad Business Leader. He has more than twenty-four years of experience in advising clients with regard to a wide variety of transactional needs.
