Edward E. "Gene" Raymer, Jr., who has been advising clients for over thirty-three years and is AV rated, concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, business organizations, business succession planning, corporate law and taxation (estate, trust and corporate). Since 1988 Gene has been certified by the North Carolina State Bar as a Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law. After first carefully listening to each client and fully understanding their goals, Gene advises business owners, professionals and other persons as to the best and most efficient way to distribute their assets to their families and to other loved ones and charities.
